Travis Inman: I bought a 2018 f 150 from grace motor mall, I was stuck at work cleaning up after the ice storm, I dealt with everything over the phone and it was easy, and i liked the fact that they did not push the vehicle on you, I made the 3 hr trip up there on my day off an everything was as it was said. And so far the vehicle has been great I recommend this place to everyone, it's definitely a dealership in a class of its own

Alex Sutton: WOW! Nothing but respect for Grace Motor Mall! I’ve visited GMM once before, I met with Bart and he explain my options to me. I left without a truck but knew very well I’d be back. About a month or so later my girlfriend and I stopped in last minute on a Friday evening with a trade in. We sat with Bart and his son Kade, who were very accommodating and rode out my options once again. Bart is very knowledgeable, super honest, and upfront about anything and everything he covers with you. Kade is very welcoming, very humble, and answered any questions we had about the inventory. Owner and son were more than accommodating when I explained my reasoning for wanting to trade down. (which most buyers don’t). They listened and answered all of my inquiries with full and honest answers.
They were very understanding of my financial needs and were able to put me into a vehicle that would not only lower my monthly payments but also the total amount that I was in debt. The vehicle I purchased from them has more than met my expectations. They made the financial end of financing the vehicle so easy and were able to get a better percentage rate than I currently had on a brand new vehicle which lowered my monthly payments even more.
I will certainly be using there services in the future as the need arises and highly recommend that if you are in the market for sure give these folks a shot.

The owners (Bart & Kade) run their family business with respect, honesty, and with a No Pressure attitude. I found Grace Motor Mall on the web after searching many different web sites for a Jeep Wrangler 2 door. I check out their inventory and their it was, my 2015 Jeep. I called and talked with Bart about how clean the Jeep looked. Bart mentioned that he aquired the Jeep from someone who recently moved to Michigan from Arizona so the Jeep had never seen snow. I mentioned that i wanted to see it and test drive it. I set up an appointment and when i got to Traverse City, Bart has it outside and ready for me to check it out. No pressure just take the Jeep for a ride if you still want to. I took it for a ride and everything Bart described it to be was true. The color was right, the mileage was low, the condition was near perfect, no rust. The Jeep is great overall. The Jeep was only half the deal though. What i have to mention here is that Bart & Kade run a honest family business with a no pressure attitude. What a relief. They were both so kind, thoughtful to me and my wife (the customers). They took care of us and made it possible with a great Jeep, financing, warranty, etc. The entire time we were there i felt as though i had met friends i didnt know i had. We talked about lot's of things like family, health, mountain biking, etc. When the deal was done i drove away back to Lansin, Michigan proud new Jeep owner that had met a couple great guys who spoke from the heart, real people who put their customers first. One look at the truck and i knew i was buying it. This father and son team run an outstanding business! It was obvious that they really care about their customers and take great pride in the vehicles they sell. They even put a brand new battery in before i left just because they were concerned that the other one was drained during detailing. Wow!!
